Senior Account Manager

Edinburgh – Hybrid

£34,000 - £40,000 + benefits

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Iconic Resourcing. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for leading client accounts and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple clients across various industries, with a strong focus on building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional results. You will be a strategic thinker, able to provide input on all projects and continuously evaluate opportunities for growth.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing client accounts, including budgeting, profitability, and financial management
  • Owning the agency-client relationship, building and maintaining strong relationships with senior clients
  • Providing strategic input on all projects, evaluating opportunities for growth and development
  • Actively participating in new business opportunities and contributing to the growth of the agency
  • Building strong relationships within the team and across the agency, fostering collaboration and development

To be considered for this role, you will:

  • Be a driven individual, always striving for the best results for the agency and clients
  • Excel in building strong, long-term relationships – both internally and externally
  • Have experience working in a fast-paced marketing/creative/ad agency environment
  • Be comfortable managing multiple clients across a range of industries
  • Currently be in a position where you manage your own accounts with responsibility for timescales, project, and financial management
  • Be confident in pitching to C-suite level clients and handling objections
