Job Opportunity: Bid Writer / Copywriter

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Writer / Copywriter to join our client's team on a 3-month contract. The successful candidate will work 38 hours per week on a hybrid basis, collaborating closely with the internal sales team to provide timely and relevant marketing support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Sales Presentations: Create professional sales presentations that effectively communicate our brand's value proposition and align with client needs.
  • Content Compilation for Tenders: Compile and organize content to complete tenders, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand messaging.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the internal sales team to provide timely and relevant marketing support, demonstrating the ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and collaborate effectively under pressure.
  • Brand Standards Adherence: Maintain and promote consistency in the use of brand standards across all marketing materials and presentations.
  • Technical Information Extraction: Actively seek out, extract, and combine technical information from various sources to support marketing content and presentations.
  • Maintain a library of up-to-date information for use in tender submissions.
  • Design Expertise: Utilize graphic design software confidently to create visually appealing marketing materials, ensuring that all designs align with the brand's aesthetic and strategic goals.
  • Build Relationships: Develop relationships and liaise with content creators within our client base to understand and identify how we continuously provide better service.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent Copywriting Skills
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and InDesign
  • Previous Bid Writing / Copywriting experience (Essential)
  • Valid Driving License and Vehicle (for office commutes)
