About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Physiotherapist to join our team at the Blackheath Brain Injury Rehabilitation Unit. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients with complex neurological conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced neurological physiotherapy assessments and treatment to patients with diverse, complex, or multiple pathologies and presentations.
- Develop and maintain high standards of patient care, working autonomously to formulate treatment plans and management programmes.
- Liaise with family, carers, and significant others to ensure patient needs are met to a high standard.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, visitors, carers, and members of the multidisciplinary care team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
