Our client, a reputable healthcare organization, is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join their team on a permanent basis. As a Practice Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working closely with the healthcare team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide routine check-ups and health assessments to patients
- Administer vaccinations and medications as prescribed by doctors
- Conduct health screenings and provide health education to patients
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
**Requirements:**
- Registered Nurse qualification and current registration with the NMC
- Experience working in a GP surgery or similar healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
