About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our team at Recruitment Helpline. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of projects from inception to completion.

Main Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Ensure that projects are within the agreed budget and timescales, while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Project Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and maintain management staff and operative levels to effectively undertake current and prospective workloads.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain positive and ongoing customer relationships by ensuring that all additional work is identified, fully costed, and agreed with the client.
  • Site Audits: Conduct comprehensive site audits to ensure high standards of management controls are maintained, and clearly maintain and enforce HS&E standards as required.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Review reports, quality management, and programme implications for all sites, ensuring compliance with relevant building regulations, planning conditions, and warranty provider standards.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Degree/NHC/HND in Construction or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Experience managing contracts across Housing, Commercial, and Industrial sectors, with excellent management and communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Projects and Blue Beam software.
