About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team at Recruitment Helpline. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure projects are completed within budget and timescales.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations, planning conditions, and warranty provider standards.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and control project costs, identifying areas for cost savings and implementing measures to optimize project efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, developing and implementing contingency plans as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain a culture of health and safety, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in contract management, with a strong understanding of construction project management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Projects and Blue Beam software.
