About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our Board of Trustees at Music Therapy Works (MTW), a charity based in the West Midlands. As a Trustee, you will play a vital role in shaping the strategic direction of the organization and supporting the CEO in making key decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of MTW's strategic plan
  • Provide guidance and oversight to the management team
  • Support the CEO in making key decisions and taking a lead on specific projects
  • Represent MTW at external events and meetings
  • Ensure the charity's governance and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
