Key Responsibilities
  • Export Bookings: Execute export bookings and maintain effective communication with customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.

Requirements
  • Education: Minimum tertiary educational level.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of ocean documentation process or experience in the industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Effective interpersonal skills with clear and concise communication.
  • Organizational Skills: Proactive with strong organizational skills.
  • Technical Skills: Good computer skills (Excel, Word) and problem-solving abilities.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
