We are seeking an experienced Lead Technical Author to join our team at Integrity Personnel Limited. As a key member of our documentation team, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring technical authors, ensuring the highest quality of technical documentation for our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of technical authors to produce high-quality technical documentation.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of MadCap Flare and other documentation tools.
  • Collaborate with software development teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Design and implement responsive layouts for documentation to ensure optimal display on various devices.
  • Validate documentation against software products and redesign for improved usability.
  • Implement content reuse and future-proofing techniques using documentation as code.
  • Experience with Git or other distributed version control systems.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in technical documentation, preferably in a software development team.
  • Excellent knowledge of MadCap Flare and other documentation tools.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
