About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team at our Glasgow office. As a key member of our office services team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our contracts team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record data on internal systems to track the progress of jobs, from initial enquiry through to invoicing.
  • Issue information and paperwork for site employees, including method statements and risk assessments.
  • Use general office equipment, such as photocopiers, scanners, PCs, and phones.
  • Have a general knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft packages.
  • Ensure that method statements integrate with Rhodar standard procedures and risk assessments.
  • Adhere to all fire and emergency procedures.
  • Have an excellent telephone manner and be IT literate with strong understanding of Microsoft packages, particularly Excel.
  • Be flexible and adapt to change, working effectively as part of a team.
