You will work closely with our People function and partner with stakeholders across all roles, departments, and locations to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify Development Needs
Identify the development needs of our employees, aligning with our strategic business goals and objectives.
Implement Blended Learning SolutionsDesign and implement blended learning solutions to address gaps in knowledge, behavior, and skills, ensuring our employees have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
Design and Deliver Training SessionsDesign and deliver training sessions, webinars, and workshops to our office and factory populations, ensuring our employees have the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.
Manage the Talent ModuleOwn the Talent module on Bob (platform) to manage and report on goal setting, 1-on-1s, and our annual review cycle, ensuring our employees are aligned with our business objectives.
