Key Responsibilities- Complete day-to-day planned preventative maintenance schedules to support the delivery of the site maintenance strategy.
- Implement the asset care strategy to meet day-to-day and long-term goals of the business in a safe and sustainable manner.
- Ensure adherence to all food and safety standards, GMP and SSOW.
- Drive a quality culture through the adherence to first-class engineering techniques.
- Provide detailed technical guidance for the planning and completion of activities.
- Support and develop continuous improvement activities based on captured field data within the department to identify improvement opportunities and drive actions to completion.
- Improve asset care standards across the department and ensure that the site is compliant.
- An experienced and time-served engineer through an apprenticeship, NVQ, or HNC with an electrical bias/strong knowledge.
- Experience working in an FMCG environment as a hands-on engineer, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Able to demonstrate an understanding of current relevant legislations.
