About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Architect Technician who shares our commitment to quality, service, and environmental improvement. The ideal candidate will have a general understanding of floor plans and technical surveys, with experience in External Wall Insulation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed drawings and plans for building warrant applications, focusing on External Wall Insulation.
  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, and structural engineers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards in CAD drawings, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Redesign drawings according to mark-ups and specifications, collaborating with the contract team to ensure revised drawings meet project requirements.
  • Translate and convert hand drawings and sketches into CAD systems, utilizing expertise to enhance design and functionality.
  • Collaborate with the contract team to ensure revised drawings, specifications, and mark-ups are accurately implemented.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in External Wall Insulation and technical surveys.
  • Strong understanding of building design and construction principles.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
