We are looking for a proficient and knowledgeable Geospatial Survey Specialist to become part of our dynamic team. This position offers a unique chance to engage in a major infrastructure initiative, enhancing your career in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Surveyors in executing surveying tasks efficiently.
- Oversee and guide survey personnel to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and timely execution of work.
- Conduct all engineering survey requirements in accordance with established procedures and management plans.
- Perform control network observations and adjustments, assisting in the design layout for durability and optimal geometry.
- Transform and generate earthwork designs for integration with machine-controlled equipment, ensuring operational accuracy.
- Execute drone surveys to monitor site progress and facilitate calculations against earthwork designs.
- Implement advanced engineering surveying techniques, including laser scanning.
- Promote best safety practices during all survey operations, collaborating with site construction and safety teams.
- Deliver precise and reliable survey data to production and design teams, as well as other stakeholders as necessary.
- Manage a team effectively in alignment with project strategies.
- Uphold Health & Safety responsibilities by following the company's Health & Safety Policy and Management Plans.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Land/Engineering Survey or Geomatics, or relevant experience demonstrating applied knowledge of engineering survey practices.

- Current knowledge of engineering surveying techniques.
- Proven experience in leading teams of Surveyors and Junior/Graduate Surveyors.
- Expertise in measuring and coordinating extensive survey networks.

- Familiarity with design alignments, 3D design models, positioning control systems, and methodologies for laser scan capture and processing for design analysis and as-built reporting.

- Experience in managing earthworks and machine-controlled equipment.
- A self-motivated individual capable of building relationships, developing strategies, and establishing surveying processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in processing survey data using various software suites.
- Knowledge of control network adjustments and earthworks with 3D machine control.
- CSCS Card holder.

Desirable: SSSTS/SMSTS certification.
