We are currently looking to recruit a Planning and Scheduling Specialist with proven Infrastructure sector experience to be based in our London office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and periodically update Level 1 and Level 2 schedules, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Support project teams with planning-related responsibilities, including contract management and reporting requirements.
  • Participate in project and programme planning and progress meetings, identifying and maintaining programme/project milestone and schedule interface activities.
Main Challenges
  • Support the planning and scheduling processes required to manage contracts and contractor schedules.
  • Adhere to NEC contract processes for management of schedule data and submissions.
Requirements
  • Degree qualified in a construction-related subject, preferably.
  • Experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling functions, including schedule development, control, and analysis.
  • Proficiency with PC operating systems and multiple discipline-specific software applications, such as Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Intermediate level of knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and start-up work processes.
  • Knowledge of engineering and construction management.
