Location: Congleton
Salary: £24k - £45k DOE

Our client, a well-established and expanding practice, is dedicated to providing outstanding financial services to a diverse clientele. In line with their growth strategy, they are seeking a skilled Audit Senior to enhance their team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and direct audit assignments from inception to completion.
  • Prepare and evaluate financial statements and accounts in compliance with applicable standards.
  • Perform risk assessments and formulate audit strategies.
  • Guide and develop junior audit personnel.
  • Present audit findings and suggestions to clients.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory and professional guidelines.
  • Foster and maintain robust client relationships and participate in client discussions.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate for the Audit Senior role will be ACCA certified or currently pursuing ACCA qualifications, possessing a solid audit background and a strong ambition to progress in their career.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year of audit experience, ideally in a comparable position.
  • Comprehensive technical knowledge of auditing and accounting principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and auditing software.
  • Capability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
