Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrative Assistant to support our HR recruitment database and ensure seamless administration of the probation and leaver processes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, providing reports, and administering company benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR Advisor with HR recruitment database management
  • Administer probation and leaver processes, ensuring timely communication and accurate record-keeping
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including contract variations, new starters, and leavers
  • Provide reports from the HR database for auditing and monitoring purposes
  • Administer and maintain company benefits, such as health insurance, eye care, and long-service awards
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and codes of practice
  • Support the company's health and safety initiatives by following HSE policies and procedures

Requirements

  • GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent
  • Level 3 CIPD qualification - Associate CIPD
  • Previous experience in maintaining employee databases and administration tasks
  • High levels of emotional intelligence and ability to work with minimal supervision
