The HR Specialist team consists of a dedicated group of HR professionals delivering a range of intricate HR services.
The team operates flexibly, embracing hybrid working, and convenes in the office once or twice a week to exchange best practices and address challenges. Leaders and managers collaborate closely with the team to cultivate a positive, supportive, yet industrious culture. A proactive, hands-on approach is essential, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with the unpredictability that the role entails.
Key Requirements for Success:
• GCSE in Maths and English, grade A-C or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret Management Information
• Proficient in problem-solving and capable of meeting deadlines
• Ability to influence stakeholders and colleagues at all levels
• Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Office with advanced Excel skills
• Exceptional attention to detail

Working Arrangements
We offer both full-time and part-time positions with flexible start and finish times to accommodate our business needs. Core working hours are from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.
In return for your skills and experience, we provide flexible and hybrid working arrangements. The extent of home working will vary based on the role's requirements, and further details will be discussed if an offer is extended.
