Exciting Opportunity for a Mortgage Broker

Clark James Recruitment is working with a highly regarded Financial Services business to recruit a forward-thinking CeMAP qualified professional to join their team as a Mortgage Broker on a self-employed basis.

Our client is looking for a motivated and driven individual to work in a modern, bright, and team-oriented location. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Service qualified leads and proactively generate new business
  • Support and guide clients through the property mortgage process, from application to completion
  • Liaise with mortgage lenders, solicitors, and valuers
  • Encourage long-term relationships with clients to generate additional lending or re-mortgaging opportunities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • CeMAP qualification or equivalent
  • Previous mortgage broking experience
  • A hunger to succeed and a commission-driven mindset
  • Ambition, forward thinking, and a drive to succeed
  • Excellent client relationship skills
