Role

Clark James Recruitment is partnering with a reputable Financial Services business to find a skilled Mortgage Broker to join their team on a self-employed basis.

The ideal candidate will be a CeMAP qualified professional with previous mortgage broking experience, looking to service qualified leads and proactively generate new business.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting and guiding clients through the property mortgage process, from application to completion.
  2. Liaising with mortgage lenders, solicitors, and valuers to ensure a smooth transaction.
  3. Encouraging long-term relationships with clients to foster additional lending or re-mortgaging opportunities.
  4. Working within a modern, team-oriented location, with a flexible office-based schedule (4 days in the office, 1 day from home).
Candidate

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual with:

  1. A CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
  2. Previous mortgage broking experience.
  3. Excellent client relationship skills and a strong work ethic.
  4. A forward-thinking approach to mortgage lending.
