Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support Education Mental Health Practitioners (EMHPs) in delivering evidence-based interventions to children and young people with mental health difficulties.
- Lead by example in clinical practice, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and other stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Relevant graduate qualification with a recognized professional body.
- Minimum of 2 years post-grad experience working in CYP mental health settings or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience in offering CBT-informed interventions within a CYP mental health setting.
- Registration or provisional registration with a recognized body.
