About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinician and Supervisor to join our Mental Health Support Team (MHST) as a Clinical Leader and Supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality mental health services to children and young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support Education Mental Health Practitioners (EMHPs) in delivering evidence-based interventions to children and young people with mental health difficulties.
  • Lead by example in clinical practice, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and other stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities to ensure the highest standards of care.
Requirements
  • Relevant graduate qualification with a recognized professional body.
  • Minimum of 2 years post-grad experience working in CYP mental health settings or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience in offering CBT-informed interventions within a CYP mental health setting.
  • Registration or provisional registration with a recognized body.
