Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Suppression Service Engineer to join our team at Detail2Recruitment. As a Fire Suppression Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and commissioning of fire suppression equipment in commercial kitchens and other facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend customer sites to perform maintenance, servicing, and commissioning of fire suppression equipment
  • Conduct modification and remedial works as required
  • Test and maintain fire suppression systems and equipment
  • Perform pre-planned maintenance (PPM) on systems and equipment
  • Attend breakdowns and call-outs to resolve issues promptly
  • Fault-find and perform remedial works on mechanical and electrical systems
  • Participate in small works projects and collaborate with facilities and building managers
  • Prepare and complete job worksheets, paperwork, and reports
  • Ensure up-to-date knowledge of and compliance with relevant British Standards
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in servicing, maintaining, and commissioning Ansul R102 and Piranha systems
  • Full UK driving license and excellent driving ability
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
  • Compliance with strict fire, security, and health and safety regulations
