Job Summary:

Flowbird UK is seeking a highly skilled Software Architect to lead the design and delivery of our next-generation cloud-based systems and products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for refining, designing, and supporting the delivery of new strategic systems, products, and services worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver software architecture solutions for project and product delivery as required.
  2. Define and refine the high-level structure of software systems, its main components, and interfaces.
  3. Develop and maintain artefact documentation to support development activities.
  4. Lead system design documentation and test processes.
  5. Advise and support development and test teams in implementing solutions aligned with corporate product architectures and designs.
  6. Provide technical leadership of core products and their realization, ensuring technical standards, documentation, and processes are applied to all delivery artefacts.
  7. Resolve technical issues arising during the project lifecycle and after release.
  8. Support technical sales initiatives and lead solution reviews before tender submission.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in an architecture role with demonstrable knowledge of design techniques.
  2. Knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
  3. Experience with embedded devices and software.
  4. Experience with SaaS multi-tenant systems and micro-service based architectures and APIs.
