Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Team Manager to join our team at B&M Retail Ltd. As a key member of our distribution centre team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of warehouse staff to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and maintain high levels of pick accuracy and productivity
  • Drive consistent performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage productivity
  • Lead, motivate and challenge a team to deliver consistently high results
  • Collaborate with peers and superiors to maximize efficiencies and best practice
  • Ensure the safe delivery of stock to store and maintain high standards of administration
  • Use space and material handling equipment (MHE) efficiently to ensure workplace health and safety requirements are met

Requirements:

  • Excellent leadership, team building and motivational skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence
  • Management experience in a volume and service-driven warehouse operation
