Warehouse Team Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Team Manager to join our team at B&M Retail's Runcorn Distribution Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve pick accuracy and drive consistent performance of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with peers and superiors to maximize efficiencies and best practice in the warehouse environment.
  • Ensure the safe delivery of stock to store and maintain accurate administrative records.
  • Utilize space and material handling equipment (MHE) efficiently to meet workplace health and safety requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership and team management experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Good understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
