We are seeking an experienced Paediatric Sister/Charge Nurse to join our team at George Eliot. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for managing a team of nurses, ensuring the development and maintenance of high standards of nursing care, and taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of the clinical area.
Main Duties:
- Support the Paediatric Ward Manager to manage a team of nurses
- Ensure the development and maintenance of high standards of nursing care
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the clinical area
- Take lead for specific areas of professional practice as delegated
- Deputise for the Paediatric Ward Manager in their absence
