Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Tax Director to join our team at Pro-Tax. As a key member of our tax department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on employment tax matters, managing complex client relationships, and leading a team of talented professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on employment tax issues: Provide expert guidance on PAYE, NIC, and international assignments to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
- Manage client relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering high-quality tax advice and solutions to meet their needs.
- Lead a team: Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive tax planning and compliance services, and lead a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with tax legislation: Continuously monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, and their impact on clients, to ensure Pro-Tax remains a leader in the industry.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent.
- Experience: Strong experience in employment tax, ideally within a professional services environment.
