Pro-Tax is seeking a seasoned tax professional to lead our corporate tax practice in Southampton. As a Corporate Tax Associate Director, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing strategic tax advice, and overseeing the preparation of complex tax returns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of tax professionals to deliver high-quality service to clients.
  • Provide expert tax advice on corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, international tax planning, and compliance.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of complex corporate tax returns and computations.
  • Mentor and develop junior members of the team to foster their professional growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest tax legislation, industry trends, and regulatory changes to provide proactive advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated and innovative tax solutions.
