Job Summary
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for driving the execution of HR lifecycle activities in the EMEA region, supporting the company's mission, vision, and strategy. This role will act as the single point of contact for all HR queries, providing expert advice on organizational development and executional capability of teams and individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of People EMEA in strategic and organizational change management, driven by key stakeholders in the EMEA region.
- Ensure the deployment of new global policies by engaging stakeholders, communicating, and executing implementation actions within the area of responsibility.
- Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers to support on people-related topics, such as understanding and use of HR tools, processes, and policies.
- Support the Head of People EMEA in ensuring best-in-class processes are applied in the business, including Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Staffing Review, Learning and Development, Career and Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits, Organizational Development, and Change Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Fluency in Dutch is a plus, but good English is a must. Any other European language is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, proactive, accurate, and hands-on approach.
- Understanding of Payroll operations as it pertains to the HR partnership is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, combined with good MS Excel knowledge, very accurate and precise.
- Understanding of the legalities of Dutch employment law in relation to employee employment rights and how to apply them within day-to-day work, company policy documentation, and staff welfare.
- Strong administrative skills, including payroll and benefits administration.
- Experience with Workday (HRIS) is an added advantage.
