We are seeking a dynamic individual to elevate the Oxford Royale brand across various social media platforms. The Social Media Specialist will spearhead the creation of engaging, shareable content tailored for all social channels.

The ideal candidate will possess a background in community engagement along with content development and dissemination. Renowned for your creativity and forward-thinking approach, this role presents an exciting opportunity for a social media professional to significantly contribute to Oxford Royale's social media initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute organic social media strategies in collaboration with the Marketing Head
  • Develop and refine creative content for diverse social platforms
  • Enhance engagement and growth through effective social media tactics
  • Oversee online community interactions and partner with influencers
  • Maintain consistency in visual identity, messaging, and brand tone
  • Integrate social media content with overarching marketing strategies
  • Analyze KPIs and propose enhancements
  • Stay informed on social media trends and algorithm updates

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated success in managing social media for a brand
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing tools
  • Experience with social media management and analytics platforms
  • Creative with a keen eye for design
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from data
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects
  • Adaptable with a strong grasp of brand voice
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude

Desirable Experience:

  • Familiarity with TikTok and Meta advertising platforms

Position Details:

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with occasional out-of-hours responsibilities
  • Based at the Oxford office for part of the week
