We’re looking for a social superstar to take responsibility for bringing the Oxford Royale brand to life across our social media channels. The Social Media Executive will take the lead in creating original, shareable and thumb-stopping native content for use across all social platforms.
The ideal candidate will have experience in community management as well as content creation and distribution. Known for your creativity and innovation, this is a great opportunity for a social expert to play a key role in helping drive forward Oxford Royale’s social media strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement organic social strategy with the Head of Marketing
- Create and edit innovative content for all social channels
- Drive engagement and growth through successful social tactics
- Manage online community interactions and collaborate with influencers
- Ensure consistency in visual direction, messaging, and brand voice
- Align social media content with broader marketing campaigns
- Report on KPIs and suggest improvements
- Stay updated with social media trends and algorithm changes
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven success in managing social media for a brand
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing
- Experience with social media management and analytics platforms
- Creative with a strong eye for design
- Analytical and able to derive insights from data
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects
- Adaptable with a strong understanding of brand voice
- Self-starter with initiative and a positive attitude
Desirable Experience:
- Knowledge of TikTok and Meta advertising platforms
Position Details:
- Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 5:30 PM), with occasional out-of-hours work
- Based at our Oxford office (OX4) 3 days a week
- 32 days annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays
- Reporting to the Marketing Manager
