The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and accomplished veterinary surgeon to take on the role of Lead Veterinary Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical development of our associates and contributing to the growth and success of our practice. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in driving our team's performance and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the clinical development of our associates and provide guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our practice through your expertise and leadership skills.
  • Work closely with our practice manager to ensure smooth turnover of patients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our services.
