About the Role

We're seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team at Gearset Limited. As a product-driven company, we value a great engineering culture and are looking for talented individuals to help us scale our infrastructure and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure using AWS and other cloud services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain automation tools and pipelines.
  • Work closely with engineers to identify and resolve production issues and improve overall system reliability.
  • Contribute to the development of our DevOps practices and processes to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in DevOps and cloud computing.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering, with a strong focus on cloud infrastructure and automation.
  • Proven experience working with AWS, including VPC networking and security, IAM, EC2, Postgres RDS, S3, and EKS.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, including configuration and running of pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
  • Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and experience working in an agile team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
