We are seeking a Freelance Health & Safety / Scaffold Trainer to join our esteemed organization.
About the Company
DM Safety & Health Services Limited is a reputable National Health & Safety Consultancy located in the Northwest. Established in 2008, we have experienced significant growth by providing exceptional HSE services across various industries.
Role Responsibilities
The successful candidate will enhance our team by delivering scaffold training on a freelance basis throughout the UK. The role requires an experienced and accredited trainer who can travel to different locations, with occasional overnight stays being a necessity.
Key Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Scaffold Trainer with the capability to present training materials confidently and professionally.
- In-depth knowledge of TG20, SG4, and Manual Handling in Scaffold Operations, along with familiarity with System Scaffold (HAKI/Layher/Cuplok, etc.).
- CITB Site Safety Plus (Approved Tutor Certificate) or a commitment to obtain this certification.
- Adult Teaching Qualification (AET) or equivalent, or a willingness to pursue this qualification.
- Demonstrated experience and competency in the relevant discipline.
Personal Attributes:
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with both workforce and management.
- Experience in delivering client-specific, internally accredited training.
- Exceptional time management abilities.
- Capacity to manage time and commitments efficiently.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays.
