We are seeking an HR Operations Associate to enhance our on-site HR capabilities. Key Responsibilities

The primary duties include:

  1. Overseeing the Time & Attendance system and addressing daily operational challenges. Identify, monitor, and rectify any discrepancies in time entries;
  2. Assisting employees and management with day-to-day workplace issues;
  3. Serving as the initial contact for employee inquiries, providing assistance or directing them to the appropriate resources;
  4. Managing HR data and generating reports on various topics such as leave, overtime, and workforce analytics;
  5. Obtaining necessary approvals from management for leave requests and handling time-off documentation;
  6. With managerial consent, resolving discrepancies related to Time Off Task flags.
  7. Utilizing and enhancing internal dashboards to produce reports for site leadership.
Daily Responsibilities

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will be the first point of contact for employees seeking assistance and information, proactively aiding them in resolving their concerns. Additionally, you will manage HR data for the entire workforce, including absenteeism, turnover, staffing, and new hires, while collaborating closely with the Operations team, particularly Area Managers, to effectively manage our workforce and ensure employee satisfaction. Adaptability to changes and new initiatives from leadership and the network is essential.

Required Qualifications

A degree or relevant experience in HR;
Proficiency in computer applications, particularly the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive under pressure;
Must be self-motivated, capable of independently seeking solutions, and adhering to deadlines;
Fluent in Italian with strong English communication skills (both written and verbal);
Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Power BI.

Preferred Qualifications

A Master's degree in HR;
Previous administrative experience in HR roles involving data management and complex reporting processes;
Familiarity with Italian labor regulations and HR/Payroll practices.
