Plumber (Social Housing, Repairs & Maintenance, Multi Skilled)

We are seeking a highly skilled Plumber to join our team in Lincoln, covering social housing repairs and maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out responsive and planned repairs to occupied and void properties, including minor plumbing works, building work, and ground works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work, including plumbing, building, and ground works.
- Work efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve excellent customer experience.
- Receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training provided).
- Hold a City & Guilds qualification and have excellent knowledge of Health & Safety.
- Hold a CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card and have a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time.
- Be punctual, reliable, and comfortable operating small handheld plant, such as drills and breakers.
- Hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence, as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent customer focus, experience of working in both occupied and void properties, and a passion for delivering high-quality repairs. If you have a City & Guilds qualification, a CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card, and a valid UK driving licence, we would love to hear from you.
