We are seeking a highly skilled Plumber to join our team in Lincoln, covering social housing repairs and maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work, including minor plumbing works, building work, and drainage related tasks.
- Work efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve excellent customer experience.
- Receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training provided).
About You
We are looking for a candidate with a City & Guilds qualification and excellent knowledge of Health & Safety. You will have experience of working in both occupied and void properties, hold a CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card, and be passionate about completing high-quality repairs on time, first time.
Requirements:
- Hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months.
- Be punctual, reliable, and comfortable operating small handheld plant such as drills and breakers.
