About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team in Seaham. As a Vac Operator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Operating and monitoring machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and quality control.
  • Identifying and addressing any issues or concerns with the production supervisor or lead technician.
  • Supporting shift participation for near miss and hazard reporting.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • A forklift license (training provided).
