Main Responsibilities:

As a First Line Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our Production Managers to ensure the daily production plan is achieved. You will be responsible for achieving your own key performance indicators, ensuring we meet our customer requirements within a busy chilled factory environment.

You will be responsible for leading a team of production staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to meet their targets. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of Health and Safety, Food Safety, and Product Quality.

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about leading teams to deliver results. You will have a strong understanding of production management principles and be able to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances. Previous experience working in a factory or warehouse environment would be beneficial, but full training will be provided.
