As the Food Services Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our culinary offerings and managing our retail, catering, hospitality, and events operations while leading a substantial team.

A day in the life of a Food Services Operations Manager
- Oversee and manage food production for the location
- Lead and supervise a large team, including daily activities, training, and performance management
- Build and maintain client relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders across Aramark
- Estimate food consumption and manage food procurement
- Select and develop recipes, ensuring production standards for quality
- Drive culinary promotions and concepts
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of equipment, adhering to safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen
- Verify that all supplies meet specified quality standards and comply with purchasing policies
- Supervise portion control, manage food waste, and take necessary actions as required
- Handle day-to-day financial management and administrative tasks
Experience
- Proven experience as a Food Services Operations Manager in a contract catering setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Flexibility and the capability to work independently
- DBS checks are required
