About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Next. As a key member of our distribution centre, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the warehouse systems to ensure efficient material flow.
  • Collaborate with engineers to resolve system faults and ensure rapid response to problems.
  • Communicate effectively with the maintenance team and third-party hotlines to escalate issues.
  • Monitor systems and communicate promptly with the team about material flow problems.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements at all times.
About You

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager who:

  • Has excellent problem-solving skills and can prioritize workload effectively.
  • Is a team player with a proven ability to take ownership of tasks and situations.
  • Can communicate effectively at all levels and work flexibly.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Computer literacy and a willingness to learn.
  • A can-do attitude and self-motivation.
  • Desirable experience in a similar industry with knowledge of SCADA systems.
