About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Midwife to join our team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a midwife, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, personalized care to expectant mothers and their families throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and the postnatal period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the needs of women, partners, families, and carers, and develop individualized care plans.
  • Provide full antenatal care, including parenting classes, clinical examinations, and screening.
  • Identify high-risk pregnancies and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 months paid experience as a Midwife within the last 2 years.
  • Compliance with NMC Professional Registration and current nursing practices.
