Job Overview

ALS Recruiting Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Export Coordinator to join our team. As an Export Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in arranging LCL and FCL export shipments to worldwide destinations, effectively liaising with other branches, carriers, and sales departments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate export shipments, including LCL and FCL, to various destinations worldwide
  • Liaise with internal teams, carriers, and sales departments to ensure seamless logistics operations
  • Provide top-notch customer service, handling orders, issuing Bills of Lading, invoices, and pre-alerts
  • Collaborate with customs clearance teams to ensure timely and accurate customs entry
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ocean freight exports, preferably in a start-to-finish role
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
