Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally registering clients and responding to online inquiries
  • Coordinating and conducting property viewings for potential buyers
  • Delivering comprehensive feedback from viewings to property owners
  • Negotiating offers and finalizing sales to ensure optimal outcomes for all parties
  • Fostering strong relationships with property owners, potential sellers, buyers, and team members
  • Completing necessary documentation to facilitate a seamless sales process
  • Managing the sales process from agreement to completion
  • Conducting market evaluations as needed

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the London property sector
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Valuation experience is advantageous
  • Must possess excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient in IT applications


Compensation Package: Basic salary ranging from £22,000 to £25,000, with an OTE of £75,000 to £100,000, plus a monthly car allowance of £300.

Working Hours: 8:45 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays from 10 AM to 4 PM.
