We are Navigator, a global audience agency that accesses the 1st party data of the biggest airlines and travel booking sites globally.

We are looking for a high-performing senior team lead to help build and run a team of optimizers who will be responsible for the running and success of our clients' campaigns across DSPs such as Facebook and Google Ads.

The ideal candidate will have a significant history of running paid ads for social media campaigns which have achieved clear objectives for their business or clients as well as running a team under them.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Review and management of digital performance campaigns on Social Media Marketing: Facebook, Instagram, Google etc.
  • Optimising and split testing to find the winning audiences which can scale and perform against client KPIs
  • Work closely with the Account Management team so they can communicate with and manage our clients on a daily basis
  • Work closely with the Global Head of Optimization to ensure maximum campaign performance for the maximum margin
  • Collaborate working closely with the sales team aiding in the sales process as needed

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Google and TikTok advertising
  • Digital advertising expertise with a commercial mindset
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and presentational
  • Performance driven, high analytical, strong commercial mindset with organizational and project management skills
