Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Operative to join our team at Acorn by Synergie. As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, operating machinery, and performing various tasks to ensure the smooth running of production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery and equipment to manufacture products
  • Perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving materials
  • Program and operate machinery to produce different products
  • Topping up chemical and fluid levels on machinery
  • Changing tools on machines to manufacture different products
  • Fault finding and resolving issues to ensure production runs smoothly

Working Conditions:

The role will be based in a noisy working environment, but ear defenders will be provided. You will work at room temperature and will be required to work a rotating shift pattern, including early morning and evening shifts.
