Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity to contribute to JELD-WEN's strategic goals as a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst. As a key member of the European HQ Operations FP&A Team based in Solihull, you will play a crucial role in financial planning, analysis, and decision support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financially validate, report, forecast, and provide insights to operational and support services performance, including spend analysis, productivity/sourcing savings, cost out actions, inventory, and AP performance.
- Provide key operational and support services-related KPIs and analysis for Pulse, the Monthly Operating Report, Board packs, and other reporting.
- Support internal management reporting for Europe and the US, including financial walks and business presentations.
- Contribute to the Month End/Quarter End Financial Close Process - US GAAP Consolidation.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a multi-site, multi-country finance/accounting role.
- Financial acumen and the ability to interpret and apply understanding of key financial indicators to make better business decisions.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience in building robust financial models.
