Financial Planning and Analysis Role at Correla

We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team at Correla. As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success by providing financial insights and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance improvement and optimize financial processes.
  • Design and implement financial reporting and analytics tools to enhance business visibility and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, financial planning and analysis software, and data visualization tools.
