As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales by producing weekly cover print ideas and overseeing our celebrity digital strategy, including best studio. You will also ensure that our celebrity content meets high standards of quality and creativity, with a focus on special responsibilities for the celebrity team.

", "Key Responsibilities": "
  • Develop and execute cover ideas that drive sales.
  • Oversee the development, execution, and delivery of best celebrity content in print, digital, and in the newsletter.
  • Manage the celebrity team's uploading of multiple platform videos and news stories, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, at least three times a week.
  • Collaborate on the new newsletter for best.
  • Maintain and forge good relationships with PRs, agents, and be responsible for the entire team attending evening and out-of-hour events when necessary.
  • Work closely with other department leads to identify key growth opportunities.
  • Work with the Pictures team for celebrity pages regarding budget and look.
  • Work with the production, art, and digital team members to help grow and support our evolving social presence.
  • Be an ambassador of Hearst UK and its values.

  • You will have knowledge of censhare.
  • You will be able to keep a cool head under pressure, dealing with fast-paced situations.
  • You will have a working knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting.
