We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Celebrity Editor to join our team at Hearst UK. As a key member of our editorial team, you will be responsible for driving sales by producing weekly cover print ideas and overseeing our celebrity digital strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute cover print ideas that meet our high standards of quality and creativity.
- Oversee the development, execution, and delivery of best celebrity content in print, digital, and in the newsletter.
- Collaborate with the celebrity team to upload multiple platform videos and news stories, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, at least three times a week.
- Work closely with other department leads to identify key growth opportunities.
- Be an ambassador of Hearst UK and its values.
We are looking for a candidate with a thorough knowledge of and passion for the brand, as well as a love of celebrity, TV, and entertainment. You should have strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt ideas to suit space and time restraints, talent needs, and budgets.
Desirable skills include a proven track record of working on digital platforms and creating video content, knowledge of censhare, and the ability to keep a cool head under pressure.
